The HWE video covers the entire process from start to finish. I'm so impressed by it that all of my guys will be sitting down on Tuesday with me to watch the entire series. Read MoreI'm new to the carpet cleaning industry. Aside from the youtube videos I've watched, this is my first "formal" carpet cleaning class. First, this course was well thought out, organized and executed. Mr. Allen is a great teacher and you can almost feel his experience permeating through as he walks you through the industry basics. My favorite topic was the 12 steps of cleaning, and basic spotting. Being a new cleaner I appreciate the non-condescending approach that the instructor takes while explaining basic concepts. My rating for this course is 5 stars, Triple A+, Excellent, and would recommend it to any new cleaner.
